The birth of the house
In 1976, our grandmother founded La Pelucherie. Her shop on the Champs-Élysées, a true institution, offered a magical world to children and adults alike for nearly thirty years.

The sleeping beauty
We grew up surrounded by these plush toys, playing shop every Wednesday. Then the shop closed: La Pelucherie fell asleep, a precious childhood memory.

The revival
La Pelucherie is reborn! Convinced we weren’t the only ones missing the plush toys of our childhood, we relaunched the family workshop and its original craftsmanship.

Fifty years after it was founded, the house carries on the same exceptional craftsmanship: hand-sewn plush toys, designed to last for generations.
