Every order is presented in a fabric pouch and a glossy paper bag, together with a personalised handwritten note. Your recipient does not simply receive an artisanal plush toy — they receive a complete experience, cared for from the workshop to their hands.
Paris: your gift delivered in 4 hours
For moments that cannot wait, La Pelucherie offers an express courier delivery service within Paris (75), in 4 hours, Monday to Friday. Place your order in the morning and your gift is delivered that afternoon — with the pouch, the handwritten note and all the care you expect.

Delivery throughout France in 24 to 48 hours
From Lyon to Bordeaux, from Marseille to Lille, by way of Nantes, Toulouse and Strasbourg — we deliver your exceptional gifts anywhere in mainland France with the same care. Every parcel is prepared so that your plush toy arrives ready to be given.
Your parcel is dispatched within 48 hours of your order at the latest, if placed before 11.30am (excluding weekends and public holidays). You are notified by email as soon as it ships, with the tracking number.
Standard home delivery within 48-72 hours of dispatch (mainland France): from €8.95 to €25 incl. VAT (depending on the weight of the parcel).
Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point (chosen after payment): from €4.90 incl. VAT (depending on the weight of the parcel).
Express home delivery within 48/72 hours: from €20 incl. VAT (depending on the weight of the parcel).
Europe and international
Our hand-sewn plush toys travel far beyond France. Every international parcel is prepared with the same care, so that the emotion arrives intact wherever your recipient may be.
Europe — DHL / FedEx home delivery within 48/72 hours: from €60 incl. VAT (depending on weight and destination).
Worldwide and French overseas territories — DHL / FedEx home delivery within 48/72 hours: from €95 incl. VAT (depending on weight and destination).
Please note: customs duties may apply and are payable by the customer.
Free returns within 15 days
Received your items but they are not quite right? No problem. You have 15 days from the date you receive the parcel to return your order to us free of charge, personalised products excepted.
To do so, call us on +33 6 44 66 05 54 or use our contact form. We will refund the value of the item as quickly as possible, or exchange the plush toy. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
