Refund policy

If the Customer has been charged the full amount of the original Order, a refund equal to the value of the undelivered Products and associated shipping costs will be issued within 30 days from the date the Product is definitively unavailable, the Customer refuses a replacement Product, or the Customer cancels the Order.
