Shipping policy

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be displayed to the Customer before payment and are charged in addition to the price shown on the Site.

Free shipping may occasionally be offered on certain Products and will be indicated on the Site along with its terms. If an Order contains Products not covered by a free shipping offer, shipping costs may be charged proportionally for those Products, at the Seller's discretion.

Delivery area

The Site ships worldwide with no geographic restriction.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:

  • France and the European Union;
  • - Rest of the world: rates vary by destination.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of Order.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer acts as the importer of record and acknowledges that the Seller may not be able to provide the exact amount of customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applicable in the destination country.

Any taxes or duties not shown during the Order process may be charged to the Customer by the relevant customs authorities, in accordance with applicable local law.

Delivery timeframe

Unless otherwise stated on the Site during the Order process or in the Product description, and except in cases of Force Majeure, the Seller undertakes to ship Products within a maximum of seven (7) days following the conclusion of the contract with the Customer.

The Customer will be notified of the shipping date. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

If the Customer is absent on the scheduled delivery date and the package is returned to the Seller due to non-collection, the Seller may charge the Customer for reshipping costs if they wish to have the Order resent.

Transfer of ownership and risk

Ownership of Products is transferred upon delivery, as evidenced by the Customer's signature of the delivery note (if applicable). Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

Refused packages

The Customer or recipient may refuse a package at the time of delivery if they notice any issue (damage, missing item, damaged packaging, broken product, etc.). Any such issue must be noted on the delivery slip in writing, accompanied by the signature of the Customer or recipient.

To exercise the right of refusal, the Customer or recipient must open the damaged or defective package in the presence of the carrier and have the carrier take back the damaged goods.

Failure to follow this procedure will invalidate the right of refusal, and the Seller will not be obligated to accept a refusal request.

If a package is returned to the Seller by the postal service or another carrier, the Seller will contact the Customer.

Late delivery

Any delivery delay exceeding seven (7) days, except in cases of Force Majeure, entitles the Customer to cancel their Order by written request, provided the Seller has been previously asked to fulfill the delivery and has not done so.

In such cases, the Customer will be refunded in full within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation date. This provision does not apply when the delay is caused by a Force Majeure event.

Lost packages

The Seller cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of a shipment by the carrier, nor for any direct or indirect financial consequences resulting therefrom.
