Delivery and returns
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order.
Your package is shipped by us 48 hours after the order, if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72h. You will be notified by email and/or text message as soon as the package is dispatched. On request, we can provide you with the order tracking number to be kept informed of the correct delivery of the package.

Home delivery via Colissimo , without signature, in 48-72 hours after dispatchfrom €7.60 to €11.30 including VAT (depending on size and weight).
Express delivery to Paris by courier (WITHOUT embroidery).

Delivery to EU countries in 4 to 7 working days – from €20 including tax

Return procedure
You have received items but they do not suit you? Carefree. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your order to us free of charge , excluding personalized products. To do this, call us on 06 44 66 05 54 or via our contact form . We will refund you as soon as possible the amount of the item or proceed to the exchange of the plush. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank.

Home delivery via Colissimo , without signature, in 48-72 hours after dispatch (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): from €7.60 to €25 including tax (depending on the size and weight of the package).
Delivery to a relay point - Mondial Relay. Have it delivered near you to the 11,000 Mondial Relay partners in the four corners of France : from €4.60 including tax (depending on the size and weight of the package).
Delivery via UPS , with signature, in 48-72 hours after order (working days) (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): €25 including tax.
Express delivery to Paris by courier - In 4 hours for any order placed before 2 p.m. without embroidery. In 72 hours for any order with personalized embroidery of the pouch: 20 € including tax.
Collection at the Paris showroom (16th), by appointment. The order without embroidery is ready within the hour (excluding weekends), depending on

Europe
Home delivery in 4 to 7 working days – from 18 € tax incl.
Express delivery at home, via UPS/DHL in 2 working days from €18 to €45 including tax (depending on the weight and size of the package).
World and DOMTOM
Home delivery by international colissimo or UPS in 4 to 10 working days (depending on the destination) from €30 including tax (depending on the weight and size of the package).
Please note: customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
