Your package is shipped by us 48 hours after the order, if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72h. You will be notified by email and/or text message as soon as the package is dispatched. On request, we can provide you with the order tracking number to be kept informed of the correct delivery of the package.

Return procedure

You have received items but they do not suit you? Carefree. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your order to us free of charge , excluding personalized products. To do this, call us on 06 44 66 05 54 or via our contact form . We will refund you as soon as possible the amount of the item or proceed to the exchange of the plush. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank.

Votre colis est expédié par nos soins 48h maximum après la commande, si celle-ci est passée avant 11h30 (hors week-end et jours fériés). Vous serez prévenu par email dès l’expédition du colis. Livraison via UPS, avec signature, en 48-72h après commande (jours ouvrés) (France Métropolitaine hors Corse) : 25 € TTC.

Livraison Express sur Paris par coursier - En 4h pour toute commande passée avant 14h sans broderie. En 72h pour toute commande avec broderie personnalisée du pochon : 20 € TTC.

Retrait au showroom de Paris (16e), sur rendez-vous. La commande sans broderie est prête dans l’heure (hors week-end), selon

Livraison Express à domicile, via UPS/DHL en 2 jours ouvrés de 18 € à 45 € TTC (selon le poids et la taille du colis).

Monde et DOMTOM

Livraison à domicile en colissimo international ou UPS en 4 à 10 jours ouvrés (selon la destination) à partir de 30€ TTC (selon le poids et la taille du colis).

Attention : des frais de douanes peuvent être appliqués et sont à la charge du client.

Procédure de retour

Vous avez reçu des articles mais ils ne vous conviennent pas ? Pas de soucis. Vous avez 15 jours à compter de la date de réception du colis pour nous retourner gratuitement votre commande, hors produit personnalisé.

Pour cela, appelez-nous au 06 44 66 05 54 ou via notre formulaire de contact. Nous vous rembourserons dans les meilleurs délais du montant de l'article ou procéderons à l’échange de la peluche. Les remboursements peuvent prendre jusque 14 jours selon votre banque.
