The house is born
In 1976, our grandmother founded La Pelucherie. For nearly thirty years, her boutique on the Champs-Élysées — a true institution — offered an enchanted world to children and grown-ups alike.

Sleeping beauty
We grew up surrounded by these plush toys, playing shop every Wednesday. Then the boutique closed: La Pelucherie fell asleep, a treasured childhood memory.

The revival
La Pelucherie is reborn! Certain that we were not the only ones missing the plush toys of our childhood, we revived the family workshop and its original craftsmanship.

La Pelucherie turns 50
Fifty years after it was founded, the house carries on the same exceptional craftsmanship: hand-sewn plush toys, made to be passed down through the generations.
