All of our stuffed animals are machine washable. By following the instructions, you find it like new!

1 - Put it in a pillowcase.

2 - Put it at 30° Delicate cycle.

3 - After each wash, so that the fur regains all its softness, we recommend drying the plush in the dryer, delicate program.

4 - And finally, remember to brush your plush in the direction of the hair! If you don't have one, remember to complete your order with our card brush .

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order.

Your package is shipped by us 48 hours after the order, if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified by email and/or text message as soon as the package is dispatched.

We offer several possible shipping methods, the most common being Colissimo home delivery , 48-72 hours after dispatch. Other types of delivery offered are Mondial Relay , UPS and express delivery by courier . All these possibilities are offered to you when you checkout.

Delivery costs between €4 and €25 including tax (depending on the size and weight of the plush and the delivery method chosen).

Express delivery available in Paris in 4 hours

If you ever absolutely need the plush on D-Day, we can send a courier to drop off your order within half a day.

Attention: the order must not include embroidery.
